Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities:
* As the *face* of our company, provide excellent email and phone-based help to customers in support of our software.
* Manage, train, and schedule our part-time support people who perform evening and weekend support duties.
* Provide second-tier support for the part-time support team.
* Become very familiar with APA, MLA, and other research paper formats.
* Maintain our database of common issues/solutions.
* Test new releases of our software as part of QA.
