The SPIRAL Foundation seeks an experienced Educational Coordinator with E-Learning, Instructional Design, and Course and Event Planning skills to manage its entire menu of educational and learning offerings. It is anticipated that this position will be part-time and flexible with weekly hours averaging 10-20 hours per week. Higher hourly commitments are expected around major conferences and events and a limited amount of travel may be necessary. These duties require excellent project management and organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make quick decisions when necessary. The Coordinator must also be able to think about all the details from the perspective of the participants, speakers, and facilities, plan for possible problems that can arise during the courses, and implement back-up plans as necessary. All aspects of the events are overseen by the Coordinator who will be present at all times throughout the events to handle administrative concerns.
