Small virtual law firm seeking paralegal assistance to work on commercial and corporate legal matters on an as-needed, per hour basis starting in late September/early October. Work will be done "virtually" so there is no need to travel to a particular office. Candidates should be highly reliable and have experience with a variety of legal filings in New York state including: • Incorporation • LLC formation • Corporate name changes • Business licenses • Business permits Our business model is focused on providing clients with quality work-product at the lowest possible price.
