Must Have Qualifications:
• You must be comfortable with 100% straight commission - but with no quota or caps
• 8+ years experience in independent recruiting, including direct sourcing or Internet research to find passive candidates. At least 5 years must be in executive/senior-level searches.
• Proven track record in developing a “passive candidate” pipeline is desired
• Excellent assessment skills to determine best fit when reviewing resumes against job orders
• A dogged, never-say-die approach to your recruiting – and an intense dedication to filling every order
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Confidentiality with candidate information
• PC compatible home computer with high-speed connection (Cable or DSL)
• Experience in creative direct sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn, User Groups, Professional Societies, Networking Groups, etc.
• Highly motivated and be able to work independently
• Proven excellence in Boolean logic and advanced Internet surfing with the ability to navigate and manipulate databases
• Passion for finding exceptional talent
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong creative/critical thinking skills
