Small Business/Freelancer Seeking an experienced web programmer ASAP. Must have a modern, sleek design sense and be able to work with a web/graphic designer to build a somewhat intensive site in a short time frame. I am primarily a graphic designer with some coding experience and quite a bit of web design experience but need an experienced programmer to help translate my designs into a functioning site. Must have experience in the following: HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc. Must have basic understand of Photoshop.
