Our small but rapidly growing company is seeking a Technical Producer for a full-time position. This valuable member of the Denny Mountain Media Web team will have the opportunity to work on Microsoft.com network sites and work directly with Microsoft clients. The Technical Producer's primary role is to coordinate and publish content for these sites accurately and swiftly. The Technical Producer must successfully juggle multiple publishing requests in a highly time-sensitive environment, and be able to swiftly diagnose and resolve publishing problems with minimal supervision. In addition, the Technical Producer must have the advanced skills to provide technical support and guidance to other members of the Denny Mountain Web team. The key responsibilities include:
• Deploying, maintaining, and updating current portfolio of sites and services
• Definition and implementation of bug and request tracking process and procedures
• Communicating with Microsoft clients for the Web production team; identifying production needs and coordinating new content when needed
• Managing daily production tasks

Qualifications:
